Breakfast  Casserole  (9x13 dish)

1 bag Hashbrowns
6 Eggs
1/4-1/2 cup Milk
2 pkg. Mild Shredded Cheese
1/2-1 tsp. Mustard
Salt & Pepper to taste (sprinkle into eggs)
1 lb. Ground Sausage or ham

Brown sausage & drain
In large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
Pour into a 9x13 dish and bake at 350˚ for 1 hour or until golden brown.



Fruit Slush

Boil 2 cups of water and 1 1/2 cups of sugar for 10 minutes.

In a large bowl (freezer safe)
4-5 Bananas, cut up
3 can Crushed Pineapple
4 pkg. Frozen Strawberries
3 pkg. Frozen Peaches
2 lb. Red Grapes or 1 pkg. frozen Black Cherries

Dissolve 1 can frozen orange juice in 1 1/2 cups of water.  Pour over fruit mixture.  Pour water and sugar mixture over fruit and stir.  Freeze overnight (24 hours).  Thaw enough to serve.
